Fully Managed dedicated servers are managed and configured as if it were "just another" server in our shared and reseller fleet. As such, most customizations to server setup and configurations are not possible because any future upgrades performed will revert such customization

Larger accounts might require a one-time fee, and while we will make every effort to ensure the migration is handled seamlessly and flawlessly, we cannot guarantee that cPanel's system will work in every instance. This requires an explicit request to do so in your order notes/email. If there is no request for an account transfer, it will not be performed. Primary domain and username must be the same.
