Support 24 x 7	Outstanding technical assistance (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) no matter the account you hold! Please use the Support tab within Members Area to submit tickets to Technical Support. Additionally, you may email us as well, but be sure to include account information (domain, customer id, etc.) in your email so that we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Billing Mon - Fri 6am - 6pm ET	Questions regarding an invoice or charge. Current clients wishing to terminate an account. Existing clients who would like to add or modify services.
Affiliates Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm ET	Questions regarding our affiliate program.
Abuse Mon - Fri 10am - 6pm (ET)	Non-clients wishing to make UBE/UCE/Spam reports. Non-clients wishing to report DMCA & other international violations of law.
DMCA	Clients and non-clients wishing to file a DMCA request. DMCA requests must be submitted via FAX or REGULAR MAIL. Boss-Networks Inc. will not accept DMCA reports or scanned documents sent via email. For instructions on file a DMCA request to Boss-Networks Inc., please click here.
